Chemnitz-based company prudsys AG, the market and technology leader for realtime personalization in omnichannel business, has now partnered with DEFACTO realations in Erlangen. DEFACTO realations uses the prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine (prudsys RDE for short), especially  in line with CRM solutions. Retailers can thus obtain all of the competencies required for personalization from just one source: the market-leading realtime solution for personalization in combination with intelligent customer management and the use of versatile customer data.

For Thomas Plennert, Executive Director Data Intelligence at DEFACTO realations GmbH, the combination of the established prudsys RDE tool and DEFACTO’s in-depth understanding of customers and data intelligence is the perfect solution, providing each end customer with exactly the products they want: “Combining these two competencies results in unique added value. The prudsys RDE enables the generation of personalized product recommendations in real time based on user behavior. Data points from the CRM system, including customer attributes, campaign reactions and customer journey data, can enrich product recommendations and ensure optimized recommendation quality.
