Using print successfully in the online age: KLiNGEL Group receives “Personalization Award 2016”

The KLiNGEL Group, one of Germany’s largest multi-channel mail-order retailers, is the winner of this year’s “Personalization Award”. prudsys AG gives this award for so-called best practice personalization models. The award was confered at the prudsys personalization summit in Berlin. KLiNGEL now joins the list of well-known award winners including 1-2-3.tv and bonprix.

UC Davis students win DATA MINING CUP 2016

Applause and congratulations: On 28 June 2016 prudsys recognized the winners of this year’s DATA MINING CUP. Students from the University of California (Davis/USA) prevailed against 87 other universities from 30 countries at the world-renowned student competition in the field of intelligent data analysis. They took first place and received 2000 Euros in prize money.

“prudsys personalization index” assesses the maturity level of retailers’ personalized customer approach

prudsys AG and the Chemnitz University of Technology have jointly developed a new maturity model. The “prudsys personalization index” measures the quality and completeness of retail companies’ customer orientation. The quality of personalization is measured by three factors: professionalism, organization and technology. It allows retailers to uncover important sales potential and strengthen customer loyalty.

DATA MINING CUP 2016: Final sprint to the podium

DATA MINING CUP 2016 came to a close on May 18. This year a total of 120 teams from 30 countries took part in the globally established student competition for intelligent data analysis. The winners will be announced at the prudsys personalization summit on June 28/29, 2016, at the andel’s Hotel in Berlin.
